The Base Salary will be no more than $45-50 K.  While this is low, and these numbers are the very top for this position, their Bonus plan is exceptional.  Their plan is based on two prime factors (1) Does the company hit their profit margin numbers and (2) do you hit your performance measurement numbers.  If both happen your bonus could be double your base salary.  The bonus is paid each January of the following calendar year.

They have an excellent Benefits Package.  They would prefer a local candidate in order to avoid relocation costs; however, for the right individual they will provide some relocation assistance.

Client Overview

My client has been in continuous operation for over 100 years and each year, during the past fifteen years, has seen an increase in business and has been able to see an increase in their profit margin.  They have successfully been able to continue to penetrate their market space and have, in the past five or so years, purchased some of their competitors, thus expanding their market share.  They manufacturer a very specific product used in their market sector and have a solid history.

One aspect of this client is that they are very clear in what they are looking for in terms of candidates for all of their positions and take all of their potential “new” employees through a very extensive interview process.  While their process is extensive it usually ensures that both my client and candidate are good fits for one another.
