The Strategy
In order to capture the greatest number of potentially qualified candidates, a strategy is developed using all qualified resources. North American's databases are searched to determine if there are any active candidates immediately available to be considered. Internet resources are utilized to learn more about market conditions, the client's competition, and the potential talent pool. Networking through relationships previously established by North American completes the total capture of the most qualified candidates for the client.
Identification of Qualified Candidates
From the initial pool of candidates, an objective analysis begins to determine which candidates best fit the culture, business needs and specific requirements of the client. The pool is further refined in terms of the values the candidate can add to the client's business. An initial list of candidates is developed and presented to the client, along with information on each candidate's qualifications, business background, career path and objectives.
