Negotiation of Offer
In all types of search efforts, North American serves as the intermediary for the negotiation of offers. This role as neutral third party can often prove invaluable to both the client company and the candidate. If, prior to the offer, the client desires additional references on the candidate, this is performed and a supplementary report submitted.
Follow-Up
North American's involvement with the client and candidate continues after the final acceptance of the offer. Once the candidate has begun work, both the candidate and the client are interviewed to determine how the new relationship is working. If any issues arise, North American remains committed to working with the client and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition to a successful placement.
