Cancellation Clause

If, after our client has been presented the work-in-progress summary, our search assignment needs to be cancelled or placed on indefinite hold for compelling business reasons, North American agrees to permit our client to cancel our search assignment and void the final one-third (1/3) payment requirement. North American further agrees to issue a Letter of Cancellation Acceptance for the client's records.
