Conflict Management
Conflict Management is a one-day workshop that will show you how to defuse conflicts before they create absenteeism, work slowdowns, low morale, high turnover and poor work quality. Through a series of realistic scenarios and stimulating workbook activities, participants first learn to identify management practices and styles that provoke conflict, and then learn those styles that encourage teamwork.
After completion of this workshop, participants should expect to be able to employ the seven basic steps of rational problem solving in conflict resolution, use leadership techniques that prevent power plays, and negotiate disagreements on a "win-win" basis.
