Making the Right Hire
Making the Right Hire offers a two-day workshop whose focus is on creating an environment to find the perfect new hire for your organization, time and time again. Participants will come to understand the costs of "mis-hires" to the organization, as well as learn skills through hands-on experience to ensure they are hiring the best employee for each need within their organization.
Your hiring manager(s) will have a better understanding of the impact hiring has on your company from a financial standpoint, as well as receive concrete suggestions for how to conduct an interview to hire the right candidate - not just the candidate who can perform the job function.
