Their staff of engineers, service technicians, and training professionals work hand-in-hand with their customers and local partners to provide personal training, start-up, and aftermarket support.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are searching for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead Our Client’s growth and enhance their SE US market position. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue while providing strong leadership. You’ll oversee sales initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring both growth and customer retention, while fostering a culture of collaboration and success. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for sales, maintenance, presentation, and demonstration of Our Client’s product lines to potential customers on a day-to-day basis. Complete all dealer development processes when applicable. Practice strong sales skills, computer skills, marketing, and business processes.
This Region includes MS, AL, GA, TN, NC, SC, KY, WV, AND VA.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Market Development.
Maintain the dealer network in the assigned area via a continuous, rolling schedule of Dealer visitation, training, sales assistance, and relationship building. Strive for continuous positive development of the Dealer corps through value-added performance appraisals and reviews.
Quote preparation.
Customer Specification Review.
Customer Demonstration Planning / Logistics.
Continuous acquisition and cataloguing of competitive data; coordination of said intelligence with Our Client’s Sales team and Senior Management
Facilitate demonstrations to customers; at times may be accompanied by Our Client/Dealer sales personnel. Capable of working effectively in an unsupervised sales environment.
Provide unit training to customers as needed.
Prepare product for demonstration – clean inside and out, complete with necessary tools.
Assist with arrangement, setup, and execution of Trade Shows.
Significant travel required.
Ensure travel expenditures are within corporate guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
7–10 years of experience in sales leadership
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Knowledge of industrial equipment or related industries is a plus.
C.D.L. and required documentation and maintain CDL Capability is strongly desired
COMPENSATION
Base Salary to be determined based on experience in the industry
